Orders are typically processed on the same day, provided the store is open and the items are in stock.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location however we usually endeavor to get your order to you within 1-3 working days for urban addresses.

Pricing varies across the country based on the area and whether it is rural. Ensure you select the correct delivery area for accurate shipping costs; otherwise, we will reach out to you for any additional charges. Additionally, orders exceeding 3kgs may incur extra delivery fees, and we will contact you Via email to discuss this.

For ALL larger items: You have the option to personally collect your larger items from our store. Should you choose this, please coordinate with us on the time frames and logistics. Alternatively, we can provide a quote from our preferred shipping carrier. For either option, contact us via call or email to make arrangements.
