Change of Mind:
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds so please choose carefully. Please make sure you read the material and size of items. Refunds will only be provided if your item is faulty and no replacements are available.
Returns:
We understand that shopping online can be tricky.
Just contact us regarding the return item within the first 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all the original packaging intact. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us by arranging your own shipping or we can assist with our services. Any shipping costs related to the order are at the customers expense and are not refundable.
The item or items that are being returned must be done withing 42 hour of contacting us.
Returns will only be accepted and refunded when the item has arrived at our address in an unused condition with all the original packaging intact.

Exchange:
If you have brought instore and are wanting to return product, then we will exchange the item with store credit.
Faulty Items:
If a faulty item is received, we will repair, replace, or refund. Our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty when used as intended and care instructions are followed. Contact us upon discovering a fault via email at tigerlilyuh@gmail.com or phone 0272919065
Upon receipt of a defective item, we will repair, replace, or refund it within 5-15 working days. Proof of purchase, such as your invoice number or billing details, will be required.
Shipping Returns:
When returning a product, you can either bring it back to our store or send it to the following address.

When returning an item, you will be responsible for arranging your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. Delivery time for your exchanged product may vary based on your location. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
