Shipping & Delivery Information
Standard Orders
All standard orders are sent using NZ Post and are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- North Island deliveries: Usually arrive the next working day after dispatch.
- South Island deliveries: Usually arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.
- Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.
Note: We may contact you for an additional delivery charge if the incorrect shipping option is selected at checkout.
Oversized Items
Some products require delivery via specialist shipping companies to ensure safe transportation. If applicable, this will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
Delivery rates for large items:
- North Island: $45
- South Island: $65
Delivery time frame for large items:
Approximately 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
