Shipping Oversized Items

Some items can only be delivered using specialist shipping companies to ensure safe transportation. If applicable this is mentioned in the product description.

Or you have the option collect instore, if you chose this, please coordinate with us on time frames and logistics. For either option please contact us via phone or email to make arrangements.

Delivery rates for large items are as follows:

North Island $45

South Island $65

Delivery times for large items will vary from 2-5 working days depending on your location. 

Click & Collect

Choose the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout, and you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup from our Upper Hutt store.

Orders are typically processed on the same day, provided the store is open and the items are in stock.

Additionally, orders exceeding 4kgs may incur extra delivery fees, and we will contact you Via email to discuss this.
